Downtime report (waitlist)
Pricing is coming soon. No payment is taken. This page is a waitlist only. Joining lets us contact you when the report opens. It does not commit you to anything.
The downtime report is a planned paid OEE and downtime analysis built only from your factory's own data. We do not use benchmarks from other factories and we do not promise any particular result or saving: what the report shows depends on what your data shows.
What you send
- A downtime log or a spreadsheet export (CSV or Excel) covering a period you choose, for example machine or line, start and end time, and the stop reason.
- Optional: planned production time, ideal cycle time, and good and rejected counts, if you want OEE (availability, performance, quality) worked out as well as downtime.
- Please remove worker names and any other personal details before sending. Machine, line and shift codes are enough.
What you get back
- A Pareto of stop reasons by time lost and by number of stops.
- Breakdowns by machine or line and by shift, where your data has those fields.
- OEE and its three parts, if the inputs above are included.
- Notes on gaps or inconsistencies in the data, and plain-language questions to look into on the shop floor.
The report is an analysis of the data you supply. It is not engineering, safety or maintenance advice. Decisions on the shop floor remain yours.
How your data is handled
- Your data is used only to prepare your report. It is not published, sold, shared with vendors in this directory or used to rank anyone.
- Send anonymised data. If personal data arrives by mistake, we delete it and ask for a cleaned file.
- Files you send are deleted within 30 days of report delivery, and in any case no later than 90 days after we receive them unless you ask us to keep them longer in writing. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time. We keep the delivered report and a record of the deletion only.
- We treat your files as confidential. Only the person preparing your report can access them, and we store them with encryption.
- Waitlist details are kept until the report opens and for 12 months after, then deleted. Unsubscribe or ask for deletion at any time. See below and the privacy notice.
